MinCSS

Program MinCSS is intended for formatting the text in CSS files.
MinCSS carries out two types of formatting of the text which can be applied depending on where the text is supposed to be used:

1. the maximal reduction of the size ready CSS file directly ahead of the publication and-or uploading on the server.
2. formatting by the set style for convenience of editing and change of a file.

1.6.1 - new website location
1.6 - insufficient  internal changes. Language files are moved to directory languages
1.5 - insufficient fixes

1.3 - support of parameters from the command line and English help file is added
1.2 - a lot of fine fixes. Support CSS1 and CSS2 is improved.
1.1 - Options for processing symbols [ ; " ' ] are added. Multilanguage support is added
